Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

- In original condition
- With all tags intact
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery may be rejected.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue. Supporting photos or videos may be requested to assist with verification. Once confirmed, we will take appropriate steps to resolve the matter.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please submit a return request for the original item. Once the return is approved, a new order can be placed separately.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
