Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking details.

Tracking information generally becomes active within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email. If tracking updates are not visible within 3 business days, please contact our support team for assistance.


Delays Outside Our Control

Lost or Stolen Shipments

Dewberry Diamonds is not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as lost or stolen afterward.

In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may assist by providing documentation requested by the shipping carrier. Replacement or reimbursement for such orders is not guaranteed.


Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. While we will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment.

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
