Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched from our facility.

Please include your order number in your request.

If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, the cancellation will be accepted and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Cancellation requests sent through social media platforms or unofficial channels will not be considered valid.


Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after dispatch, please accept delivery and submit a return request in line with our Return & Refund Policy.


Refunds for Cancelled Orders

All orders on Dewberry Diamonds are prepaid.

For orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Seller-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including:

  • Product unavailability or discontinuation
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information
  • Orders flagged as high-risk or suspicious by payment or security systems

If an order is cancelled by us, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been completed.
